The Palace of the Parliament is located in Sector 5 in the central part of Bucharest, Romania is believed to be the heaviest building in the world.

It is constructed from 700,000 tonnes of steel and bronze combined with 1 million m-cube of marble,3500 tonnes of crystal glass, and 900,000 m-cube of wood.

In 2010, The Guinness world record was recognized Abu Dhabi's capital gate tower and the "world's farthest man-made leaning building".Capital Gate is one of the tallest buildings in the city. 

The building is owned and developed by the Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company.

At a teetering(move or balance unsteadily) angle of 18-degrees, the 525-feet tall capital gate leans farther than any other structure on earth.

Largest Mud Building - Grand Mosque 

The Grand Mosque in Djenne, Mali Country in West Africa is the world's largest mud building measuring 328 ft long & 131 ft wide. 

The present structure was built in 1905, based on the design of an 11th Century mosque and it is one of the most famous landmarks in Africa.

It is designated a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1988. The status of the Grand Mosque is flourished as a great center of commerce, learning, and Islam.


Buddhist Temple Horyu-Ji - Oldest Wooden Building

The Horyu-ji temple in japan was constructed in 607 AD and is one of 48 ancient buildings protected by UNESCO in the area. The temple includes a five-story building, known as the Gojunoto.

Ashgabats's mirror-clad star was built to celebrate the 20th anniversary of turkmenistan's independence and to showcase turkmenistan's 'Golden age'.

The massive 34,875 sqft structure is built into the facade of the Turkmenistan's Broadcasting Centre Tower on a hill overlooking the city.

World's Tallest unoccupied building is the Ryugyong Hotel in Pyongyang, North Korea.

The hotel was said to have been built in anticipation of a joint Olympic game between the two Koreas but was abandoned when the games went to the h Korea.
